Yoga with Leslie

Service Description

Leslie teaches flow yoga and yin yoga with an emphasis on FUN. Leslie is passionate about making yoga as approachable and achievable for as many people as possible. Our bodies all move in different ways and we should honour that and appreciate our differences. Her classes are aimed at you and she invites you to see the opportunity that yoga offers you to really connect with your body. Leslie taught Park Yoga in Lodmoor this summer and you have joined some of her classes there.
